The Den fair this year was not only a source of inspiration for the senses but was so beautiful to connect with designers who feed the soul and the heart. So many talented artists and designers under one roof - was a real pleasure to be surrounded and melt into the creativity around me.

A highlight at this years Den Fair was discovering the beautiful lighting which is literally like a piece of art by Melbourne designer "Alex Earl Made" the stunning simplicity of the stand, that invited you to discover a wonderful hidden world of art. Totally engaging. Totally got me.

Another standout highlight was the gorgeous stand of "Stem and Stamen" - you would have to see it with your own eyes to believe me that these incredibly beautiful plants are in fact preserved mossess and ferns! I loved thier approach to sustainability in plants using non-toxic immersion formula that captures plants in their fresh-cut state, lasting for up to 10 years without water and minimal upkeep!

Discovering the new "furl" range of wall lights from "Marz Designs" - founded by Coco Reynolds in 2010, the Marz aesthetic is inspired by the beauty of raw materials and simplicity of natural lines and geometric shapes. Their contemporary approach to design is underpinned with a respect for traditional techniques and an assurance of quality and functionality. Takes cues from mid century design and modernist keynotes. Pure perfection if you ask me!
