Our studio was thrilled to take on the complete renovation of Apartment Four in Noosa, a project that felt seamless from start to finish. When our Sydney-based clients M & G approached us in December 2021, their vision was clear: to reimagine their recently purchased holiday apartment into a vibrant and inviting retreat. They wanted a space that felt like home on vacation—a spot where both family and friends could come together and relax, while also serving as a robust rental for other holidaymakers to enjoy.

Throughout the apartment, we used high-quality, durable finishes that could stand up to regular use, without sacrificing the light, fun-loving atmosphere that reflects our client’s personality. The result is an elevated coastal space that balances function and style—inviting enough to feel like a private escape and robust enough for the demands of luxury holiday accommodation.

With the full trust of our clients, we began by stripping back the original layout to open up and reconfigure the apartment’s entertaining spaces. This redesign allowed us to create a spacious, flowing kitchen, dining, and living area with plenty of room to accommodate gatherings.
