The 2 Artis Penthouse in Noosa underwent a major transformation, redefining luxury coastal living. Engaged by a Melbourne-based family who use the property for personal getaways and luxury rentals, this project involved not only a complete interior redesign but also the thoughtful design and construction of a stunning rooftop terrace.

A new structure was built to maximise the penthouse’s overall living space, featuring an expansive deck complete with a sparkling pool, outdoor shower, and areas for entertaining and relaxation. This rooftop addition takes full advantage of the breathtaking views, creating an elevated sanctuary that epitomises Noosa’s laid-back sophistication.

Inside, the redesign reflects a refined coastal aesthetic, with a neutral palette and natural materials like oak timber and brushed brass. Bespoke joinery and clever storage solutions were integrated throughout, ensuring every corner of the space is both functional and beautiful. The kitchen features a striking stone island, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances, making it a centrepiece for entertaining.

The master suite and spa-inspired bathrooms exude luxury, combining premium finishes and thoughtful design to create private, tranquil retreats. Seamless indoor-outdoor transitions enhance the sense of space, while layered textures and understated tones connect the interiors to the coastal surroundings.

The value added to the property post-renovation has been extraordinary, elevating it into a high-performing luxury rental while providing the family with a bespoke holiday retreat.
