Penthouse 37 at Noosa Crest underwent a stunning major transformation in 2020, blending coastal charm with modern luxury to create a space that takes full advantage of its breathtaking views of Laguna Bay. Designed for our Melbourne-based clients, the renovation was completed during the challenges of COVID lockdowns, requiring seamless communication and meticulous planning.

The interiors feature natural materials like timber and stone, paired with a soft, coastal palette and subtle darker accents for depth. Clever storage solutions and a reimagined layout enhance functionality, while premium finishes and custom details bring a sense of refinement to every space.

The expansive rooftop terrace and pool, perfect for entertaining or unwinding, highlights the seamless connection between indoors and outdoors—a hallmark of Noosa’s relaxed lifestyle. The project was brought to life with the expert craftsmanship of builder Mat from Captivate Trades, ensuring every detail was executed to perfection.
